This is a Used Broadway Limited BLI-5281 BlueLine EMD SD40-2, UP #3173, DCC Ready.
We have tested the model, it runs well, has sounds, but the lights do not work.
Looking at the model, the shell does not seem to be seated properly and there is a small paint nick on the front snow plow.
Other than that, is still a pretty nice looking model.
Has some great detailing with crisp lettering.
It comes with the couplers and it has the two window shade pieces.
There also is some kind of board with a chip that has a few bent and broken pins, please view the photos.
Is a pretty neat looking model overall that just needs a little bit of work.
Comes in the original box but has no owner’s manual.
