This brass O scale 3-rail engine is in Very Good Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. There appear to be no missing parts. There is minimal wear on the pickup rollers. The driving wheels have some build-up on them. This item is tested and found to have a grounding issue that shorts the track. There is no box included. There appear to be no paint chips.
